The Take Your Pick Draw raises money for important causes in our community. Proceeds from last year’s Take Your Pick Draw have helped organizations such as THRIVE Child Development, Easter Seals Ontario, Group Health Centre, and the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre; supported Rotary’s high school and post-secondary scholarships; and allowed four local students to represent Algoma at the Canada-Wide Science Fair in Ottawa.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Licence No.: RAF1430909
- Tickets are $20 each.
- 18,000 tickets have been printed.
- All rules and regulations as outlined by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario must be adhered to.
- Ticket sales will close at 9:00 pm on Sunday, December 22, 2024.
- One prize to be awarded. Prize package value $117,133.49, or $116,376.46, or $85,000 cash. The drum is spun a minimum of 3 times before the draw.
- Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.
- NSF cheques or unauthorized Visa/Mastercard/American Express sales will result in the ticket(s) being pulled from the draw until cash payment can be made by the purchaser.
- Non-certified cheques will not be accepted after 11:59pm on November 30, 2024.
- All taxes, etc. are included in the prize package. It is the responsibility of the winner to license and insure vehicles from the time of their ownership.
- Prize package awarded as is, no substitutions.
- Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie employees, members, member/employee spouses and member/employee dependents under the age of 18 who are living at home are not eligible to win.
- Draw will take place at the Rotary Office, 364 Queen Street East, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
- Operation of this draw follows all the rules and regulations as outlined by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
- Tickets must be purchased and mailed within the province of Ontario.
- The winner will be determined by random draw, after the barrel is spun a minimum of three times.
- The Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner, including attempting to contact the winner through the telephone number on their ticket stub, and registered letter if an address was provided at time of purchase. The Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie will also provide the winning ticket number, names, and city of residence (if provided) to our local newspaper, online news site, and radio stations.
- The unclaimed prize will be held in trust by the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie for a period of six (6) months from the date the prize was awarded. At the end of the six-month period, the total amount of the prize held in trust including interest, the merchandise prize, or the value of a merchandise prize equal to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, will be distributed to one of our approved charities.
- Once successfully contacted, the winner will have 48 hours to confirm their prize choice. If the winner does not confirm their prize choice within that period, the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie will issue the cash prize.
