Centennial Project (2004-2005)
In 1998, the club donated $130,000 to the purchase playground equipment that revitalized Sault Ste. Marie's most popular park.  To continue this worthwhile effort, the club and the Rotary Club of Sault Ste. Marie North shared the commitment to fund an additional purchase of $85,000 in playground equipment, installed June 2005.  In addition to the equipment, the City of Sault Ste. Marie spent $50,000 to pay for the installation of a new walkway which makes the park wheelchair accessible.
